In answer to Rosabelle's question on Avalon, Yes I believe that Avalon, the place was in the area of Glastonbury. You can not fail to be moved by the energy of the place, many people when they make their 1st visit, feel like they have returned home. Over the years many authors have tried to place Avalon elsewhere, but I think if you visited Glastonbury, then you would know the truth.

Many of the King Arthur myths, suggests he is the forever king or the once and future king.
I have not studied these myths fully.

But I believe there is enough proof to support the notion that he has indeed come again.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this notion.

- Is it a valid claim?

- What could this mean?

- What would be the opposition presented by "norm" society?

I know my response is a little late (about five years), but here it is anyways. I don't know that much about Avalon and all the foldlore that goes with it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was in Glastonbury. I went there a few years ago and the experience was breathtaking to say the least.
