I don't know if this is the right message board to put this, but anyway, here goes...
I have a friend that I've always had this "connection" with ever since we were in high school. She's always been the kind of person who needs to feel "safe" when things aren't going well. When we were seniors, I was able to leave my body and go to her house to check up on her. Once I saw that she was alright, I would return to my body. There were times when she told me that she would wake up "feeling" like someone was in the room with her, but she knew it was someone watching over her. There were other times when she was actually able to see me sitting in a chair at the other end of her room. I was always aware that I had gone out to her because I felt like I was in a dream and would be able to remember it the next day. Well, I moved out of state and since then I've noticed that she can call out for me and I'll "leave" without even realizing what's going on. One time she called out for me because she was very upset and had gotten a bit drunk and was trying to drive home (this was after I moved). She said that she said out loud that she wished I was there, and the next thing she knew, the back windows started fogging up. When she looked in the rear view mirror, she saw me sitting in the back seat and I leaned forward to hit her arm and told her she had to stay awake. She said that I was in the backseat until she got home and turned the engine off. The moment the engine went off, I was gone. Another time, she and her husband were arguing, and she had the children in the car with her and she was trying to leave with them. Her husband hit to front passenger window where their daughter was sitting and smashed it. Once again, she called out for me, and sure enough I went to her and blocked her husband from coming anywhere near the car until they were able to leave. She said that as they drove away, her daughter asked her who was the woman who kept daddy away from the car. Since then, we've been able to hold conversations with each other telepathically. We don't talk on the phone very often because we're always talking to each other. Well, anyway, I was wanting to know if anyone else has had this sort of experience. I'm still not really sure why we have this connection with each, but I've learned to accept that for some reason we have this link. Is there anything that you all might think as far as why I might be so connected with her? I don't have this connection with anyone else..not even my own family. So any thoughts or suggestions would be great.
