How does "Chocolate Covered Banana Cream Pie" sound?
First, take the pie shell, and put banana slices in the bottom of it. Put maybe 9 or 10 ounces of banana cream pie filling in it, then a pound or so of chocolate silk. Then top it with the meringue.

Another idea: "Turtle Cheesecake"!
A layer of walnuts on top of a chocolate graham cracker crust, our regular cheesecake swirled with chocolate and caramel, another layer of walnuts on top of that, covered with chocolate and caramel.

So, how do they sound?

They both sound good but I don't know about the meringue on the banana one. I'd have to try it

True, maybe whipped topping instead.

The banana cream thingie sounds way too rich for me - I'd end up in a sugar coma

how about taking a sheet of puff pastry about 6 inches lenght and width and put a couple table spoons of pastry cream and a peach half in the center and roll up the side so the cream and peach juice wont leak out and bak in the oven until the pastry is crispy cool and serve mmmmmmmmmmmmm so good. :floating:

No meringue, just lots of whip cream and chocolate curls.
