I need some advise

Well, 2 actually.
I recently broke up with my long-loved boyfriend, and I am sleepless, sad and basically, broken hearted. I feel quite bad and I hope someone can suggest a spell or a ritual to help me cope.

second of all, I have a friend who'll have a birthday in a month, and she suffers from the same problem I have, only for a longer period of time (9 months) and I wonder if there is something I can do, a ritual I can perform, a spell I can cast for her as a birthday present... preferably one which will help.

So sorry to hear of the heartache. We can all sypathise on that one. Hang in there, it does get teeny bits better is small amounts at a time.
I love my rose quartz for helping to heal grief and heartache, but that is just me. :):):):)

After leaving my ex I spent alot of time here on this site!!
I learned more about the path I now follow, Made new friends, Got to know who I am and eventually found my SPECIAL SOMEONE!! Oh then moved 1800 miles from home to be with him and we are planning to be married this fall!!
