You may wish to check out Aldous Huxley's book titled "The Art of Seeing" Not sure if his methods work but they seem logical.

Here is a website that claims you can 'cure' macular degeneration with plain old bean sprouts. Go to www.doctoryourself.com and type in blindness and sprouts in the search engine that is provided... The article is very interesting. This is a website that I use A LOT and I subscribe to the newsletter. I hope this helps really check out the website, it has good info!
Buena Suerte (good luck!)

ps--Sprouts can't kill you so I suppose its worth a shot! LOL

Well I guess it depends upon the nature of the shoulder problem... Is this an arthritic condition? Or some kind of genetic defect? Weekend Warrior football injury? Give me the specifics, my good man!

There is a wide variety of exercises that you can do for your eyes, and beta carotene is very helpful.
Metaphysical theory would say that there is something that you don't want to look at. You might also do some inner work to find out whether you have a pattern of not wanting to see things or seeing them and not dealing with them. While I've never been able to find anything to improve my lousy eyesight, I will have trouble with my eyes when I'm refusing to look at things in my life. Once I do, the problem clears up.

You'd think in a room full of magic users there'd be more suggestions revolving around magic.
