protection or binding

can anyone help i have a neighbor that is causeing a lot of problems for me the latest is she had my cat trown in jail her child was in my yard and was messing with her and she scratched her now i am going to have to pay 360$ to get her out my neighbor is a mean spirited person should i do a binding spell or a protection spell could anyone tell me how to do one or the other please email at enolalara2003@yahoo

I would start by talking with her if it is at all possible...if not a protection spell should do it.

I agree. Try speaking with her about the matter. A general protection spell would work well.

Maybe there is a reason she is so stressed. If you could find out what or gain an idea maybe you could help in some way.

Yeah binding spells can often go wrong when done in the wrong manner therefore I would also suggest using a protection spell on youself or maybe even a good will spell between you to.

a protection spell might come in handy... but also you might want to bless the one who is causing you trouble, mind that you shall be rewarded threefolded, and it feels really good to actually send out lots and lots of blessing, healing energy to someone who causes you trouble, believe it or not. And it is usually very effective, sometimes more effective than any binding would ever be.
