is there anyone here who is interested in dream divination?
i really enjoy it but i just began doing it, so i was wondering if there was anyone else into it so we could compare ideas?

Post away...we can have a crack at it. Actually, in the Magick class I am leading right now...we will be getting into dream interpretation...

i really do want to discuss dreams and what they mean to other people, but when i first posted about it i hadn't given it much thought yet and i just wanted to see what would come up. then on after thought i wasn't even sure what i wanted to say or talk about. :o so i took some time to think about it, i should have mentioned that that was what i was doing, so in the future IF that happens again i'll be sure to mention that i'm taking some thinking time. :)

as i started off, i'm interested to know what dreams mean to other people. how do you view them? are you an active player in them or do you just watch them like you're watching a movie? things like that i guess....

as for me dreams are like good friends. they are constantly telling or teaching me something, the dream plane is where i feel entirely at ease and safe. i can control my dreams when i need or want to, and dreams are where my familiars and the Lady and the Lord appear clearly to me. they are with me all the time but it's when i meditate or dream there are no obstacles between us. i'm sorry if that explanation isn't very clear but i can't describe it any better. what else....... i also can dream at different levels. the one level i know of by name is lucid dreaming. just recently i began lucid dreaming just "out of no-where" and when i decided to read up on dreams i found out that was what i was doing. and there are two other "levels" that i know of for sure when i dream. i don't know what they are called but i can describe them. the first level is where my normal dreams occur. like the silly type of dreams where you are riding a pink elephant and when you wake up the next day you wonder what you ate the night before that made you dream that type of dream. the other level is where i receive the dreams that are informational, and lately i've been spending the most time there. it used to be that i had a dream guide. he began appearing to me when i was about 13 years old and had stayed with me up until about 3 months ago. he would guide me from one plane to another and was teaching me how to travel on my own. even though i did not recognize that at the time. whenever he appeared in my dream he was in control. i could no longer control my dreams even though i tried. and every time i tried i got a mental reprimand for it. he never hurt me don't get me wrong on that. it served me right because the only reason i tried to take the control back from him is because he was usually trying to show me something i didn't want to see. and i was just rebellious in general too. then three months ago i guess i was finally ready to travel on my own and he came to me in one last dream to say "goodbye" and i haven't seen him since, till last night when i actually went searching for him. he didn't explain to me why he was going and even though my intuition told me why i wanted him to tell me face to face. so i went on an expedition and i found him. now i know "right from the horse's mouth" >) and another thing with dreaming is i can make dreams happen. i've been able to do that for a long time already. what i mean is that if i need a question answered or want to reach someone in the dream plane or just want to dream about something specific i can mentally program my dream before i go to sleep.

but i'm beginning to write a mini novel here :) so i'll just end off here for now and see what anyone has to say...

once again, sorry for the delay!
*Brightest Blessings!*

I'm all for it but the majorly difficult thing is that everyone is diffrent and the symbolism which dreams use is based upon your personal expirences. I would suggest reserching symbolism there are many books on it even at libraries:) you'll be suprized. Various psychiatry books will also help alot.

When Dreams are fortelling the future to be they are sharper, and I usually have all of my senses about me and it is somehow diffrent from other dreams.

In my dreams I am an active player in my dreams.
