That one is ok in my opinion. They have the reverse of the runes, which I don't use. Some people like to use them, which is by their choice. Here is one I go to quite often for meanings of different runes. I found it informative as well.

Reverse runes seems kind of silly, IMHO. Too many of the runes look the same upside down as rightside up, like Dagas and Ing.

Now if you're talking "the runestone itself is upside down so I see the blank side", that's a bit different.
