[B] :floating: I have red and pink rose pedels i been saving ... want to learn to make oils do i biol the rose pedels in water or like a crisco oil or something ....??????????? Can Anyone help me ????????

I don't think you can use water to make an essential oil...you know the old addage "oil and water don't mix"...but here's what I go by:
Fill a glass bottle with the herb in question, pour
a carrier oil over it, leave somewhere warm until the oil is saturated with the
scent of the herb. You have to change the herbs when they lose their color, and put in fresh ones.
The carrier oil is a matter of personal choice; olive is traditional, sweet
almond is a good light oil, also grapeseed is commonly used.
Just keep smelling your oil until you feel it's infused with enough scent.
