The house next door to us has recently been bought, and the new owners are trying to rent it out. Does anyone know of a spell that I could use to keep any trouble makers from renting it? It would be a great help to us. Thanks and Blessed Be!

...well, if you can do it without being arrested for trespassing, you might try putting a salt, or sage, or cedar, or sandalwood, etc circle around the house (or property, if it's possible). Can't hurt, & might actually help. Also invoke the land wights (some folks call them gnomes). Leave them offerings of milk & porridge (does anyone really eat porridge?) or honey, or beer, or mead, etc.

There's something in Everyday Magic by Dorothy Morrison to achieve that. It's a great book and I recommend it highly so you might want to pick it up anyway.
