im kind of scared for her because she is realy outspoken on what she beliavs in and shes wican, and i just dont want her to move to a right wing christan kind of place ware i cant defind her or protect her from people wanting to cause her verbal or physical harm based on there ignorince. i also wish i could be there to comfort her if such a thing were to happen but i cant be ...:(
and she and i were going to get an appartment next year in the summer when she turnes 18, but it seems that that plan will be shaterd due to her moveing to texas, it realy bites and im sad and dont want her to go.

Well, as is the way of life. If you really love her, then just make sure to give her a [I]huge[/I hug! :hugz: By the way, do not be so eager to steriotype (no offense). Not all christians are like that. It is just the same if I said that all humans are the most pathetic creatures in this world, and do not deserve to live (again, no offense). Please do not judge all of a faith by a few you encounter. :)

i wasnt trying to sterio typ all christians, but it has been her experiance (and mine to an extent) that most of the...i guss...not so open minded christians can be rather crule when it comes to questioning her religion
(i know not all christians are like that, i was one for quite some time untell i decided not to get confermed, and most of the people at that church are still good friends with me and my family and dont judg me for what i decided to do)
^_^ but i know what you mean.

Ok .. hunnie .. I live in Texas heh .. I spent quite some time in NY .. my s/o is definitely a Yankee (woo hoo gotta love them Yanks heh) .. I am .. one of the most forward .. outspoken person I know. I have little problem hearing a conversation in public and jumping in .. I love .. being nosy and putting in my 2 cents into stranger's conversations .. and then watching them (half the time heh) .. smile with nervous explosions ..and walking away to get away from 'the chick that just talked to us' ha!
I don't get into much trouble here .. if anyone's mouth would get them into trouble in Texas .. it would be MINE .. trust me heh
Where is your friend moving .. what city?
As for being sad .. *warmest of smiles to you* .. I've moved myself around a lot .. more or less to dissassociate myself from clinging rituals heh .. So, I understand how it feels to see a friend go .. or .. stay.
*hugs* :ballonsmi

hey girl, i had my best friend move last year from texas to NY, it was really hard becuase she told me she was gonna have to leave while i was on a trip to london, so we had to saw our goodbyes the day i left, it sucked, so i know how u feel
but as for the texas thing, dont worry, we dont all wear cowboy hats here and ride horses.
its hard to find people that arent bible thumping christians but we are here!

My best friend moved to Hawaii last year and I was scared for him and sad for me. But eventhough I didn't want him to go I knew that he would be happier in Hawaii. He is going to college there and has a lot of new friends. New possibilities that he had never previously dreamed of are opening up to him now and he is the haoppiest he has ever been. I know your friend moving worries you but she might find Texas to be just what she has been looking for.
Sending you energy! Blessed be
