A Question

Someone wrote me (I'm assuming from my website) and asked me a question that I just don't know how to answer. So instead of telling her "I don't know" I figured I'd ask all the nice smart people here. :)

The question is:

I was wondering if you know of anyway to help a spirit move on and get reborn. I'm asking your help because the spirit will not tell me how I can help it move on.

NOone 'knows' how to tell a spirit to be reborn she just needs to have a funereal for the spirit so that the spirit will be released and may travel onward.
Its strange this girl wrote me with the same message.

Really? Huh....that's weird.... just covering all her bases, I guess. I recognize her name from somewhere too.... I think she's written to me before, but I can't be sure...

Someone told me once that, to get a spirit to "go over", light a candle & chant something like "Wnadering spirit (or maybe it was "restless spirit") go to the light". Sorry I can't remember the chant more specifically. It was a long time ago.

As to the spirit being reborn... well, too many variables there, I'm afraid...
