Pronunciation help!!

And yes, I *blush* at the fact that I am asking this simple/silly question of all you druids here, but can anyone give me a pronunciation guide for the full name of the ADF? Gaelic is certainly not my strong point! :D I'm unfortunately unilingual, and it's a struggle at that sometimes!

Welsh is beautiful, but you do have to have an ear for it ~ and tongue as well. LOL! I end up sounding like Sylvester choking on his own tongue sometimes. LOL! :D

well, in the spirit of that...ttttthhhhhhbbbbttttttufffering thhhhhbbbbtttttucotash....I found it!!!! Or at least, I think this is the one....I never did find the community that the link was in but a quick perusal of and MSN search came up with this, and it looks familiar
