Okay, my main question is, (and this is probably going to sound a little weird) do or can Goddesses make contact with you, through your emotions, I'm just curioius, because I know Morrigan is in my life, to some extent, I haven't really made contact with her, but I've seen signs, to know she is around, but for some strange reason, I found myself saying hello to her today when I was rather angry and frustrated ... is it her way of saying, I'm here and I want you to do something about it, or do I just have an overworked imagination ... ?

Speaking from the Heart, I'd say yes.
I do belive that they do.
Makes sense to me.

So am I in need of something more than just a simple hello? like a ritual or something ... a more proper greeting ... ?

Sug, I can't tell you what's best for you...
Personally, I follow my heart.
It just comes natural to me.
Just in talking and absorbing the feelings does alot for me...
Besides, I'm new at all this stuff too.

I wasn't asking in that sense, I just thought you might have some suggestions or advice ... is all

I think it is important to do what seems right to you at the time. I usually light candles and meditate on the goddess.

Ruby,
I would read up on everything that the Morrigan represents, and how she is portrayed in her mythology, and then analyze her life and think about what aspects of the Morrigan you might need in your own life.
For instance, when you get angry, do you feel powerless to change things? Maybe you need to bring in the Morrigan's confidence and power. Something to think about.

Firstly, Thankyou.
Raven WindSong actually gave me similar advice in another thread.
Guess, I'm going to be doing some extensive research, I've found some excellent pages on her already, but I'll still after more.

I believe that the goddess (in whatever aspect) can be there to communicate with you when needed, and I feel that the dieties may be drawn to particularly strong emotions.
In other words, yes, I think its possible. :)
