Apartment/ Move updated

Well.. for those following my apartment s aga. I have now moved into the cool apartment with wood floors.. :woot: :woot: there was aof course drama with the move.. people cancelling to help last minute etc.. but.. i'm moved in.. (not unpacked) but moved in and i'm sooooo soooooo happy. :thewave:

Congrats! I've moved a lot myself and it's always so great when it's over and done with and you can just /relax/! :lol: I'd like to find a better place myself, because my apartment is really tiny for the amount of rent we pay, but nothing good around here... Wood floors...I'd love that. But then I do have a high ceiling with a skylight in my bedroom. I guess they were trying to make the place look bigger vertically because it sure isn't horizontally! :lol: Have fun unpacking and getting cozy in your new place! :bouncybob

Yes i'm so happy wit the place. It's brick. has a fire place.. a lot of closets.. balcony and back porch area... The only thing i'm not liking is teh radiator.. never had one before and i have no idea how to turn the stupid thing off.. it's not cold enough for one but the landlord turns them on at night... do they have off switches?? i guess i'll figure it out.. lol

:) i'll send wood floor energy too you. :lol: yeah.. so i went on a finding mission this morning..and found a laundrymat 5 minutes from me.. walking.. and a publix the same way.. :woot: very happy about that.. my poor dogs though.. they are freaked by the whole move experience... oh well.. they'll be fine in a day or two.
