Does anyone here practice White Magick? If so what kind? Healing is what I am interested in. If you could give me some simple healing spells I would love ya forever!:D

Well in my opinion, magick is neither black nor white...it is both because nature is both. Magick is only as pure as what you feel in your heart when you are working it...if you're asking who practises magick with only the best of intentions and light, then I guess I would be one of those...:)

I call magick this because it is easier for me to interepert whether or not it is something I want. Like if I am walking in a bookstore, and I see a book called magick! and It is only filled with hexes that detroys my whole purpose. I just use it for clarification. To determine good and bad. I agree with what you both are saying. I just use them to identify.

When I hear the term "white magic" I can only thing of media-created fluffbunny Glenda-like "ooh I'm a white witch, I will help you, dark energy is EEeeeEEEviiiiLLlllLL *giggle*".

One also has to consider "blacK" magick or "dark energy". People tend to think it's "bad" but it's not. Sometimes things have to be destroyed, like old habits, unhealthy friendships, and old ideas. Like the plants that only grow after a forest fire, sometimes destruction or "negative" energy brings about good things.

Imagine a cute little kitten - you probably think a kitten is a "good" thing, right? But a mouse may have a completely different idea.

I use it for clarification! YOu may not notice but most of the world. considers Black Magick bad and White good. YOu can deny it and say I dont think that so the rest of the world shouldn't, but they do. I do not look at it in terms of Casting it! I look at it to know what I want and don't want. The world classifies it as that, and that is how I recognize it. Okay? You may think it is absurd, but it is still there. Helping me. I look at magick as being just your own energy, influencing a certain event. And if I clarify it this way. It is my business, and no one can tell me I am wrong. Unless i truly am. And I am not, there are so many others who classify this way. If it helps me, why stop using it? And also. We can use things like Fairy Magick and High Magick and Hellenic magick, so what is the big deal about black and white? It is a choice of opinion, and that is yours. This mine.

I am looking fpr spells to research! If you look into the Druid Forum you will see a thread started by me! I am researching religion and their practices, I have got 300 pages worth of information in my essays on Wicca. It has not only helped me become a better Wiccan, But a better person. I know so much about Magick now that I figured out my own system of looking at things. before you go off telling me that i am stupid for wanting spells, read the fine print. I am RESEARCHING.

I do herbal magic. Most of what I do is very task specific. Just little things like enhancing a healing tea for colds & such. I work with the inherent magic that's in the herbs & plants & in the earth around me.

A Simple Healing Working

Place a quartz crystal on the skin, above the affected area. Place your hand over the crystal. Say, "By the Law of Universal Correspondence, let the crystal energy take the illness (or injury, or infection, etc) from this man's/woman's/child's body, & send it into the Universe, where it can harm none." Depending which direction the energy flows (that is, wheter it is "drawing" or "giving"), one side of the crystal or the other will warm up. Sometimes, I also feel kind of a pulse-like sensation. When the warmth subsides, you're done.

Quartz seems to be just this multipurpose gemstone doesn't it. Healing, projecting, and even storing energy! I use a big lump of quartz when I study to help me remember what I'm reading, seems to be a good help! Would the spell you mentioned be good for general healing and positive energy; or have you used it in a specific instance? Just curious :)

The last healing working I did involved a nice sized quartz point, an orange (the individual's favourite fruit, and colour), a photo of the person (sympathetic), and an oil consisting of mint and orange juice. We used the oil to cleanse his aura, then used the quartz to help transmit positive healing energy to him. I'm not sure if it worked yet, this individual has lots of health problems I've been trying to help him with for years. I'm beginning to wonder if it's just another lesson for his lifetime :(

Yes, & yes. ;) I've used it for both. I used it on my ex's back once; I could actually feel the tense, twisted muscles moving under my hand, relaxing & going back into place.

I have a small lump of gorgeous citrine for joy and friendship.

I also carry a small piece of hematite, amethyst, rose quartz, tiger's eye, tourmaline, blue gold, quartz, as well as a bigger quartz point, a hematite worry stone, a tiger's eye pillow, a big lump of amethyst (about half the size of my palm) and then the big lump of quartz.

Yes I love gemstones :)
