I feel bad.....

Yesterday I went down to town to purchase some books and there was a woman browsing through the Wicca/Witchcraft section and she obviously needed help. I heard her say "I only need to find a book on Wicca for Beginners" when I got the now familiar sensations of a migraine coming on; the colours around me began to swim and the tight feeling in my temples began and everything started to blur.

I made my excuses and headed up to the sales counter and paid for my books and then hurriedly left and made my way home. I then headed for bed and stayed there for most of yesterday afternoon. It was only when I awoke that I remembered the woman and she must have thought I was most inconsiderate of her needs. I could have let her have some introuductory books on the subject for FREE. I feel bad about this :(

Not alot you can do, dont worry too much about it. It wasnt really your fault, if you felt sick. The woman probably noticed you swaying a little and saw you werent feeling so good. So she probably just shrugged it off. It isnt like you went insane and started beating her with your bag.

Hon, as one who suffers from migrains, I know when the feeling comes you need to go and do what you do to help you get trough it. So don't feel bad.

I have only just begun to get migraines and they are horrid. For nearly 30 years not one bl**dy migraine and now 3 in just under 2 months.

I have migraines myself, every now and then, up to the point of fainting on the spot (which completely counteracts my usually fierce and controlled persona ;) ). If you're sick, you're sick. There's no feeling bad about that.

*paranoid mode* It might even be, that you clicked into this woman's personal space as soon as she opened up, got engulfed by her energy and simply reacted physically. That happened to me once. *end paranoid mode*
