I'm buying my husband a wedding band for our anniversary in January, but I can't decide between two, so vote on the one you like best. Both bands are titanium.

shoot. I said to have this poll end on Jan. 1st, but it didn't work. Can an admin can fix that? In the mean time if you can't vote post your choice in your post.

I worked in a jewelry store for a while and I would say go with the first one. Titanium is a great metal...very strong, very light, and it would take a heck of a lot of force to break it, but it scratches EASILY. Where the first ring has a matte finish, you would barely notice it, but the second, with that polished band around the center, you are going to SEE the scratches and most jewelry stores can't buff titanium like they can gold or platinum.

edited to add: By the way, just in case the salesperson didn't tell you, titanium can never be sized, so if he gains or loses enough weight to make it not fit, you will need to either purchase another one or see him go without.

daahhhh!!!!! I just looked at them again and realized they both have polished parts, but I still say the first one, because the scratches will show more on the second with the polished section being raised...

I like the first one best, but then again, I like chunkier jewelry on men.

Then again, I like chunkier jewelry on me!

how large are his hands?

if they're fairly large or wide I'd say the 1st one. If they tend to be a bit slimmer -artist hands I call 'em- then the 2nd

hmmm I didn't know it scratched so easily, thanks for letting me know. I also didn't know it can't be resized, however it comes with a one year size guarantee so thats alright.

Thanks everyone for your imput, I've decided to go with the first one.

I like them both for different reasons. (Glad you already made up your mind, 'cause big help I am!)
