Lookie what my friend made me for Yule!

She is a very talented artist whose speciality is dragons. Her drawings/creations are wonderful. I'm begining to become fond of them myself. Well, when I got to school today, she handed me a package. Wraped in gold cloth were two candles, and on the outside of the package was a small wood burned dragon creation that she created! It's adorable! She's says it's an 'energy focus' tool, but I'm thinking about empowering it for protection and such. It's quite wonderful! Sorry about the crappy pictures, my digital camera does not have a flash and is not the best one to work with,lol.

In the middle, it looks like the dragon is holding a ball of some sorts, but actually it's a hole that was in the wood. Her dad was using it for something, but he wasn't going to use it anymore, so she sanded it down and did her thing. I should take pictures of her other work she's done for me, it's great.

That is beautiful! Handcrafted gifts always mean so much more to me. I just had Dragonschest make a special wizard for my son and I can't wait to give it to him!

I'm not a huge fan of dragons or anything, but I do have a connection to them, and when I saw this, and saw that it was handmade, I was in awe! I really appreciate the fact that she did that for me. As far as I know, I'm the only one that got a handmade gift and that just makes me feel special,lol.

If I can get my camera to take pics of her other artwork, I'll post it.

I'll be sure to tell her that! She thinks that she can't draw certain things. She swears she can't draw ppl very well, but she has drawn a few lovely ppl for me. She drew a elven priestess for me and she's lovely. She also drew me any anime angel and that's lovely as well.
