About any herbs or candles or such that could entice a past life vision? I am so trying to figure out if I was grounded in Atlantis in a past life. I know the question is silly but... I am really courious. In the words of my mother... "You are a curious little monkey aren't ya?"8O

I am reading a book right now that is called"How to uncover your past lives" It is not too bad, and it is the only book so far that I have read on this subject, so unfortunately, I don't have anything to compare it with.
However, it says that Eucalyptus is a good oil to use. Place a drop on the 3rd eye(I would still dilute it,don't want to get a burn) It is pretty strong stuff. Anyway, it says that it will stimulte inner vision. It helps to open your higher inspiration and clearer prospectives. When used in past live meditation,it can help you clarify any obsessive behaviors that are a result of the past.
Lilac;this fragrance is excellent in past life meditation, as it stimulates the deeper levels of conscious memory. It is especially effective if used to annoint the back of the head, at the point of the medulla oblongata. It will spiritulize the meditative expereince. It assists in recalling past lives by inducing greater memory and clairvoyance. It stimulates a greater realisation of the innate beauty of the individual.
Stones(should be used on forehead.)
Hematite: Is efective for awakening the subconscious mind and it's memory banks.
Lapis Lazuli: This stone is powerful in past life therapy, especially if a piece is taped to the forehead during meditation. It awakens inner vision that can enabe us to penetrate into areas of the subconscious that are blocked or which we may resist. It can help stimulate awareness of the past that needs to be cleansed, that is no longer necessary to carry around with us. It helps to identify, release and heal old patterns and wounds that we have carried over into out present life.
Another couple that are general meditaion stones are amethyst and carnelian.
I have no idea if that is the kind of stuff you're looking for, but I hope it helps. I don't know alot about past life meditation, so I would suggest maybe checking it out more. I wouldn't want to see you end up in trouble because you went somewhere you shouldn't have or used soemthing that you shouldn't have. ( I know, I know! I am being a worry-wort, but hey! I am a mom and it is hard to stop that habit of protectiveness. Lol):):):):)
I am sure they are tons of peoples on here that can advise "safe" ways of doing this. I have no idea, Maybe it is totally safe, but I have a rule for myself, " I never do anything that I haven't researched a lot!)
Okay enough of my worrying. :):):)

There was a thread posted (can't remember how long ago) about past life vision. It was something about lighting candles in front of a mirror & gazing at your reflection. Mist, you might want to try a site search & see. I'll try to remember which thread it was in.
Found it! It was posted by Tigerwallah in the Reincarnation thread in the New Pagan forum! :D
