Energy Manipulation/Meditation Techniques

Ok... so i'm still getting back into things. I'm having a lot of difficulty picking certain things back up. Two of the worst are Meditation and Energy Manipulation.

Does anyone have good techniques for either? I can ground and center, but both are taking a lot of concentration... more than they used to.
