I'm brand new at this and still have a lot to learn about wicca. But I love this website and everyone here has been great and very helpful so far. I haven't practiced any rituals yet, I'm waiting on a couple more books to read before I really start. I do have a question for anyone. I'm forever having tension headaches, and my doctors won't prescribe anymore medicine for me. Can anyone suggest anything that I can make or buy or whatever, to try and help with my headaches? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

30 minutes of aerobic exercise every day!

I used to get TERRIBLY debiliting migranes...then I started doing an aerobic tape once a day and now I NEVER get them :)

Cheers
Xois

ps. this will probably work especially well for Tension headaches, since exercise relieves tension

I get those too, what I have found that helps me out. Take a few drops of lavender essentail oil ( in a little bit of veggie based oil pure essentail oil can irritate your skin in some cases ) and rub in to the temple/forehead area. Also green tea is good for headaches and is very very yummie:p

hope it helps
