If one was practicing Celtic Reconstruction, would they have rituals on the full moon? Also, are there any festivals on the soltices/equinoxes?

I don't think that I can help you with your question, but could you define Celtic Reconstruction for me? :D

well, I'm still learning, but it's the revival and reconstruction of the pre-christian celtic religions.
Here is a good link that explains it better than I can :)

I am not sure of this phrase, "Celtic Reconstruction." It seems every time I get back in touch with Pagan communities, I learn new things. I did a quick search, and there was too much information for me to assimilate at this point and time.
Ok, based on the book Kindling the Celtic Spirit (amazon link (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/006251685X/qid=1073275863/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/104-8331498-9783127?v=glance&s=books)), generally everything is pretty much the same as what many other Pagan faiths follow. In fact, based on, I believe. It is a great book, you should read it.
There are special rituals for each of the Solstices and Equinoxes, and the in-betweens. Community festivals are the in-betweens, while private or family rituals are the actual solstices and equinoxes. I have read a bit of the book, and I have yet to see any mention of the moon, though. So, it seems to be the moon is of no major importance. It seems to have more of a focus on family, nature, and cycles.
Did I help?
