protection spell

you might have read about the weird thing I saw in my room last night, anyway, I wrote/adapted this spell to purify and then protect my room. What do you think?

yea spirits of bane and blight!
get thee gone, leave my sight!
Once you've left, stay away!
You are not welcome, this I say!
Spirits baneful, spirits black
go away and don't come back!

You who would harm, you who would maim,
if you proceed, you'll face the same
with clothen cord of purest white
(tie knot in cord)
I've bound your deeds with shining light
You cannot harm, so get away
I am protected, night and day!

I think it's very good, but there's just one thing.... you only mentioned out of your sight. How about the rest of your home and maybe your yard?
I've never had to do a banishing spell so I don't know if you need to be that specific or not.......
