I really hope my boyfriend doesn't mind me posting this, his in bed right now, and i don't want to wake him just yet.
But, a few weeks ago he got accused of stealing £30 from work. Now, taking in mind, his been off work for a while because he had to have 2 operations on his back, and the nurses told him off for doing things, so he really had to take time off work.
Anyway, back to the story... A customer at his work accused him of this, and so his work called him in for an investigation, they showed him a video (of him "apparently" stealing the £30) but the video shows no evidence, and if he was really accused of this, he would have been arrested, but he wasn't! I think it's because they know it doesn't show him stealing the money, so he wouldn't get arrested, and they know why he has been off work! But it all looks as though, they have been planning to sack him for some reason.
We are making an appeal against it, because he shouldn't have been sacked! So, i'm hoping they can do something about that!
And, we also need some luck with him finding a new job! Luckily we still live at my moms, or else we'd be in serious trouble, as we have an 18 month old, and i am pregnant.
It's annoyed the hell out of me, it looks like they got fed up of him having time off work, but it wasn't his fault!!! He didn't make his own back go bad.... And they obviously know thats not the real reason for him being sacked, or else he would have been arrested there & then for theft.
Anyway, thanks for listening.

Definately hang in there. I know how it's like to live with the parents. I'm doing this while I finish up school right now. It's hard to work, go to school, maintain a relationship and deal with all the negative shit around you all the time as well. It's too bad that this happened to him. It doesn't seem right. I have had a similar thing happen to me. I worked in a pharmacy for 2 years and all part-time pharmacy technicians were 'laid off' because some pills were missing and so they laid off all the part-timers. They couldn't prove who did it so they fired everyone. I was so pissed off. I'm thinking of suing them for defamation of character but I'm not sure yet. I have another job but still, when you don't do something and you still get penalized you should do something about it so you don't get labeled a 'thief' or something.
Stay strong and do what you have to do. I'll light a candle for you tonight.
BB,
Amber

It sounds like he better off not working for people like that. Sending energy for healing his back, finding a better job, and staying sane until things get better.

*Hugs* My hubby recently went through something similar. He was called into the office at work one morning and told he was being placed on indefinite suspension. All he was told was that he was being accused of sexual harassment. Two weeks later he was released. He asked for all paperwork associated with the accusations (as is his right) and they said that wasn't the reason they were letting him go, they didn't have paperwork, blah, blah, blah..... They said he had poor patient care and that's why they decided to release him. He's an MFR (Medical First Responder) who drives and ambulance, he's not even ALLOWED to have patient care!!! He was told by his manager to let the EMT do all of the patient care, he was just there to drive and be muscle if necessary! They'd been looking for months for a reason to fire him! Once an employer decides they don't like you, for whatever reason, they'll just look and look and look until they find something. Sometimes they even make stuff up! Like with your BF and my hubby!!!!

I agree. I've seen this happen all too often. I used to be a supervisor where I worked, and we'd have our boss ctually boast about the nonsence he made up to get rid of staff he didn't like.
I'm sorry that your bf has had this done to him, it's not fair. I hope things get better for you, you certainly deserve some good luck at the moment. Always know, that the important thing is, you, your bf, and your children have each other, and as long as you have that, all other things are secondary. With love, you'll get through this.
And I'll send energy your way...

A times, we all have felt "pushed" out of a job. At some point the sh@* hits the fan and we either quit or get fired. Maybe this is just the beginning of a better new job? Claming thoughts and job ju ju sent to you!
