head aches

ugh. I have been having alot of head aches lately. I don't know why, and they are getting very annoying. I cannot read, write, or anything during them. What do you think I should do about it? I've taken asprin... it didn't help.

Are your headaches located on a particular side of your head (right/left/center)?

Do you feel sick to your stomach?
How long does the pain last (hours/days/weeks)?

There can be many reasons for headaches. I suffered for 22 years until the last cause was determined and eliminated a year ago.

i suffer from migrains...30 minutes of aerobic exercise every morning helped me

Is it your eyesight? maybe your straining them too much and that is why you have them?
Excerise helps too! It could be hormonal too?

There are a few home remedies for headaches in the green room. I hope they are short and go away soon.

they are short, hurt, go away, and then come back about ten minutes later... could be my sight, I just got new frames and stronger lenses, but these were going on before I got them. ill try the excersises and look in the gree room. Thank you.
