He works very hard and even when I try to make him take a break he wont.

Actually, I thought mol just sounded like your typical coder. I mean when there's no one around to help, and your help files and books sure aren't answering your problems, and the code defies your every will, then who better to talk to about the problem than yourself? :)

Been there. Done that. No T-Shrit though. Do they make T-Shirts that say, "Shhhh! My other personality is coding. Please remain silent so that he can concentrate."?

When all else fails take a break and see BOFH's site for ideas on how to make you users feel miserable too :bad:
