Reverse Love Spell

I was wondering if anybody knew any kind of spell that could make somebody like you less. You know, leave you alone? I never put a love spell on this kid or anything (I stay away from those), but I would like to find something that could give a reverse-love effect of some sort. I don't really want this guy to leave me alone forever, I just want him to be less "attracted" to me. Anybody have any ideas?

I'm going to assume (and by all means correct me if I am wrong) that you stay away from love spells for the same reason that many pagans do in that you do not wish to tamper with another's free will. If you work any sort of magic to lessen his attraction to you, that is tampering with his free will, as well as his emotions. Just because you are wanting the opposite of what most people often do does not make it any different in terms of morals.

My advice, talk to him maturely and honestly. So many people want to turn to magic to combat simplistic problems that a lil' diplomoacy, compassion, and maturity can resolve.

Regardless of that, this may not pose a problem for you. Some people wouldn't think twice about embarking on a magical venture like this, where as others would. Decide for yourself your own moral compass.

talk to him one on one first, and if that doesnt work, then you may wish to enlist in the Ignore features, we have a great stalker repellant in the mysitic wicks village general store :)

Also, perhaps you could do a ritual to open yourself up to be more understanding of his situation. He apparently likes you, and think of how he must feel, crushing on someone who doesn't like him back. Talk to him gently and kindly, but firmly. You don't want to hurt him, but you need to let him know that you're not interested.

You're not going to get many helpful solutions on reversals of common spells. I remember asking for an anti-fertility spell (spell for an idiot friend, long story) and getting advice on the morning after pill.

It's kind of odd, really, how so many people will post mundane solutions to problems posed in the "Magic & Ritual" forum.

Anyway.

To avoid free will concerns, just use what my HPS calls "The Wiccan Curse". Cast a spell for this person to find a wonderful opportunity to have an amazing, happy, and fulfilling life... far away from you.
