Energy Balls

I have heard of them, read about them and tried it myself.
What is everyone's opinion of them?
Has anyone achieved it? And if you have can you describe what happens.

I use energy balls regularly and think that they are good exercise with energy...

We play with them to practice energy work on a regular basis. Using the "rub palms together and feel the energy between them" exercise is always good for newbies. You can also direct them for a use if you want; pretty simple spell, but if you focus it properly I think it'd work just as well as any other.

This may sound stupid but i think i have been able to recieve energyies for quite some time. I tried the exercise in the other thread and i go the same feeling i get when meditating and being around nature etcer.
Another thing i can see i'm not sure if it is energy floating around but colours round people, and sometimes just floating around objects . I think i always have. Wow i might as well have stuck a sign round my head and said i was crazy :(

Well, there's that, but I wear my sign around my neck (but that's just personal preference).

How cool to see auras like that.

One time, I accidently tossed an energy ball into a mirror and it rebounded and hit the cat. It made a horrible popping sound and then there was this acrid "hair burning" smell ~~ and the poor cat looked like the Bride of Frankenstein!!

Sometimes when we visit friends and their cats are misbehaving they will work up an energy ball in their hand, focus at the cats, and clap, thereby slapping the cat with the ball. This invariably leads to the cats hiding for a few hours.

I have been able to see energy for along time, but it didn't have colors until I developed it. Try looking at a circle you've cast, or do a sheet meditation. This is one i made up, in which you are floating above a colored sheet. Red for instance. You would fly through it, and when it got to your groin chakra, it would open. Can someone else try this and tell me what happens? Anyway, back on topic, just develop it more. The energies are fun the play with! Try seeing them around you with a mirror, and just have fun with it. Expertise will come in time.

(OK, before I start getting hate mail, I don't hate cats, I'm allergic to 'em, & I think they sense this, & always want to get right up on me & in my face. In retrospect, some cats may have tossed energy balls at me). :D
