Here is my Athame, made from Obsidion. The handle is made from either elk or deer antler. It was custom made for me by a local artist who works from his home. What's also interesting about it is that on the blade, there is an image (un-intended) of a Dragon with an outstretched wing.
In all the Athame is about 13" or so long.
If you are interested in one simular, let me know.:)

I should also add that he can make them in an assortment of stones/styles. He also makes leather holders for them. These pics I posted do no justice to the real beauty of his work, and much less expensive than the one's listed in the link posted in your original post.:)
