Mother,
I recognize this beautiful day you have sent us and want to say thank you for shining the sun (a ray of light) in my life.
As you know I (we) are going through a very hard time right now.
I also thank you for the job I am starting tomorrow
and hope that our finances fall into place soon.
I am so sad that I cannot buy Erica all that I would like to give her
and I am thankful that she can't yet understand our hardships right now.
I am sad that I cannot buy the baby all the things that Erica had but and am greatful that she atleast has the bare essentials.
I offer you my sadness and grief in perfect love and perfect trust and realize that I need these hardships in my life to really appreciate the good. Please send me some hope.
