can someone tell me if there is a way to contact ghosts?, i dont want anything to do with evil ghosts only friendly. I have been watching a tv series called "Most Haunted" and i thought it was cool the way thay contacted the spirits. Is there anything i should do before contacting spirits?. For example, making sure something shouldnt be there, or closing the curtains?. I would like to be prepared before i contact the spirits.
