i new and i don't know what a binding is what is it

Hm its where you prevent someone from doing magick or sending out energy - usually if they want to harm yourself or others or even themself! It involves basically doing a spell to "bind" their powers using a poppet and thread or some other method. It can be nasty magick tho so be careful, it's not something to take lightly!

Sometimes, if you don't want to mess with binding, Ask (very nicely) Aradia, Maat, or Hekate to aid you in stopping bad sitiuations. These are the Goddesses I normally call on. Maat is for Justice, Aradia is for Protection for Witches, and Hekate is for Protection from Magick and for childron. :)

or Kali or Inanna.. but don't be surprised if, when you ask their help, you also feel some sort of karmic retribution if you weren't completely innocent!

This applies doubly for Maat. You could also call on Shiva, if you want to destroy the situtation al together. Make sure you're slates clean tho, sorry for not mentioning it before.
