Can anyone recommend anything for anxiety and stress? I received a lot of good info about headaches and was wanting to know what all you would recommend for this? I don't know about anyone else, but sometimes I feel like I'm the queen of having stress and anxiety and having a heck of a time dealing with it. Thanks for any help!

A lot depends on just how bad you're feeling. If you can summon up the energy a walk in the woods, in the countryside or by the sea always works wonders for me.
It really clears the head, and lets you see all the beautiful things surrounding us. Doesn't make your problems go away, but it gives you a break from them, and can make them easier to cope with.

I like a realaxing bath in a hot tub full of water with some oils or lots of bubbles and candles with soft music.

I have anxiety and take no medication for it. The best thing you can do is walk away from the stresser, take some deep, cleansing breaths, and TAKE A BREAK for a while.
Least, that's what works for me.

I have great problems with this. I have anxiety disorder and tendencies towards obssession/compulsion. I have a real bad relapse every once and a while, where I am in a constant state of panic-attack and become agoraphobic (won't leave my property). A couple of years ago I had a real bad occurance where I finally gave in to meds- Paxil. It really did help, but i would always recommend to others that they try to stop getting that bad to begin with. I think with people such as myself, there is a chemical problem that goes beyond the "normal" expressions of anxiety.
Found this the other day. There's some very good info.
