I voted yes. There isn't often anything for my area, so usually I don't spend a lot of time over there...but if something catches my eye, I head right over! Also, it's good to have a place to post announcements like that, without clogging up JT.

As there's not much going on in my region - and I can't travel much now - I usually don't bother.

I don't because I have no interest in attending pagan events or moots. I'm just here for the banter.

I don't read based on forums. I just run through New Posts every day or two and click on anything interesting.

well I was just in there the other day....
I find it usefull, its good to have a bulletin board where we can find out what's going on in the community... especially now that we are growing...

Well, I've never actually looked at the pagan connections thing (as far as I know). I thought it was all romantic stuff (you know, singles mingle?)

Yes, I do read it, and even post in there. I did a lot of that yesterday LOL. Hi 13th!
I would hate to see it mixed in with Pagan Connection. I was under the understanding that Pagan Connection, was a singles forum like the dating game. I am Married, and have never had a reason to go there.
BUT, but... before I posted my posts in there recently, I looked to see if you all had a Pagan NETWORKING folder or forum for me to post it in. As what I posted was not really an announcement.
I think a networking forum would be a great place to post announcements, and connect with other pagans who want to gather together to fellowship or what not. And are not looking to date, or hook up specifically. I mean darn, I want a study group or gathering but not a date LOL.
Hear me out a min... LOL like the other person said... don't run. If you're looking for a way to increase traffic to that folder, or change it, how about this:
Create a Pagan NETWORKING forum. In that forum you list sub forums. Can either go with all 50 states as each sub, or group them into regional. New England, Mid-Atlantic, South-East, South-Central, North-Central, Central US, North-West, Mid-West, South-West etc.
Then you can list other countries Canada, UK, Mexico, Etc.
Eh, was just an idea, don't stone me. :)
