--While waiting to get in the bathroom earlier today, I accidentally called out to its occupent, "Hurry up! I need to get in the book forum!"

--Ever "follow" anyone? As in, you see someone on who's posting a lot, so you follow them to each thread they post in? Just because?

--MW is my computer's home page, so whenever I click on it, I'm actually "going home." :D:D

And, see what people are doing...and have you ever had the same person reply to all of your posts at like the same time...like they just got online after you and all of a sudden they are responding to everything you said. lol
I am on quite a bit, but my mother prolly wouldn't like it if this was the homepage.

Have caught myself "following" a couple of people already. Scary! LOL. It's kinda like some voyeuristic tendency..or perhaps we've become a soap opera society..so we're constantly "tuning in" to the "next episode" in eachothers lives. Well...thoughts, anyway.
(not that I think your lives are soap operas. No...i just think it's really interesting what some of you have to say.). Besides, sometimes I like to study people, must be a left over thing from some psych courses I took in college, or something. Gods, I'd hate to know what any psych students who might visit the board would think of ME though!!!!! LOL

Don't you have cameras in the street? Does seem to help curb crime a bit.

I had a dream last night that I was hosting a MW party in my backyard... Mol and Semele were in the pool (and I don't even have a pool) and when I went to talk to them they left, because they'd been conspiring about who to vote off the island.

Eesh.

I don't think we have cameras in the streets where I am. But I could be wrong. I haven't been outside in a while.

actually in my town, and state, no, we don't. we have heinlein's "polite society", not everyone of course but enough to keep the would be predators nervous. for the decent and law abiding it's quite a comfortable place to live.
