I'd love to, but I'm a little busy here! That's what I did for 7 years, management trouble shooting for restaurants, so I know health codes inside and out. The inspector is very impressed with my knowledge, but Kansas health codes are a lot more lax than Colorado. I still make everyone here go by CO codes.

This is actually our second 100%! The health inspector said he'd eat here, and they don't ever eat out!!!
