I'm new to the craft and I have done a fair amount of research into it. I got most of my information from the net. I am really begining to feel that Wicca is the way I should go. So now I was thinking about a school online that I could attened. I managed to find alot of different Pegan and Wiccian schools (over 130!!!). Now what I need to know is which one would be the best and which ones are fakes.
One school that caught my eye was The College of the Sacred Mists. If anyone could tell me anything about it and if it's a good school to attened or not, it would be much appreciated.

i too have been studying the wiccan way now for at least 14-16 months and i too would be interested in a tutor progamme, but you do have to be carefull some of the on line programmes are a bit pricey! :graduate:
i too learnt from the net and lot's of books i think that the best way to learn is by just doing wot you want when you want and if you make any mistakes you can make a note of it for next time
just do yr own thing!
yr own rituals and dedications to yr deities!
use yr own hand crafted tools! and you never now you might suprise yr self! :hailmol:
also the best way to learn is to ask others to help you :colorful:
best of luck and if you need anything, i will try my best to help in any way i can!
blessed be!

HI! i've been in Wicca for many years now.. and I'm always trying to learn new things.
I came across this: http://www.witchschool.com
It's FREE for most of the classes... and some cost a little. but your first degree programme is free. While i'm not of their particular tradition, i like to learn different ways of doing things anyway. Check it out!

I'm distrustful of Wiccan "schools". I think that there's no preferable way of learning Wicca than reading books and finding a mentor in your area. Try http://www.witchvox.com.

Good luck!

Hi all - I've been a solitary wiccan for over 7 years and part of a dedicated woman's circle for over a year. I just learned of a new online college called Pagan college. I signed up for the herb class but they have a class called Wicca 101 - it's free - you may has well try it.

pagancollege.com

ps - I have absolutely no affiliation with this school - just spreading the word
