I was in a car accident a few months back. my good friend rolled her car. And it was the worst day of my life. Luckily everyone was ok, I got the worst of it. (We were all damn lucky to be alive however...) But now even though I'm back to normal I get really freaked out when I'm a passenger in another car. I want to get over this fear but I don't know how...help??

I understand what you are going through. Had a few bad wrecks in the past myself and was terrified to be a passenger as well.
I still have small fits of fear now and it has been 15 years now. It has gotten much better though.
The only thing that has helped me..... was time. It gets easier every time you get into a car.
A friend of mine was really good with helping overcome the initial fears at the start.
We took "baby steps"
Short trip to the corner store. Next time we went a little further. The next time even further. Eventually, I got to a point where I could be a passenger for an hour at a time and then a bit more. It all came with time. Hope this helps. :):):):):):):):)

In 1987 I was involved in a major accident with an 18 wheeler. My husband at the time was the driver of the 18 wheeler and a car hit us head on on our side of the road. The driver of the car had left a suicide note and we were the lucky one he chose.
After spending 2 days in a motel room while the investigation was going on I refused to get back in the truck !! I was scared to death of the truck and my boss came to get me ( the accident was in Utah- the boss was in Dallas) It took several weeks before I would drive the 18 wheeler again but driving was how I was making a living at that time so BABY-STEPs is right just build back up and do a little self protection thing before!!
A small bag with White sage helps for the protection also just place it in the carand you will always have the knowledge that little extra help is there for your travels or carry it in your pocket when with others!!
