In search of....

Greetings to all, I'm in search of any information anyone may have with perhaps any negative happenings resulting from welcoming Brigid into ones home on Candelmas???? I would be eternally thankful and grateful for anything pertaining to this holiday!

Negative happenings? I have a hard time imagining anything negative coming from inviting Bride into your home. She is after all the goddess of healing amongst other things. Is there a specific reason you are looking for this info? Did you experience some sort of problems after Imbolc that you think are associated with Bride?

I'm pretty sure that Brigid would be the last Goddess who would cause trouble or negative happenings as to welcoming her into your home.. in fact, if you respectfull welcome any god & goddess - I doubt they wouldnt cause anything negative.. they'd be flatered! If they wouldnt be interested - nothing would even happen, they'd probably ignore you lol
