Hello everyone! I'm a bit new to the forum here, so I'll tell a bit about myself. I am 14 years of age, and am a follower of Druidry (integrated with a bit of Shamanism and Oriental beliefs). I do not take claim in an official order as of yet, but hope to someday. I follow my path with great integrity, and would not give it up for the world. My hobbies are Dungeons & Dragons (hehehe), writing, art, and music. Just starting this year, I have been coming out to my family and friends. For about a year have I absolutely known that I am gay. Many people find it odd that I have known and started coming out at such a young age, but that's just the way it is. Well, I gotsta go now. Slan agat!

Greetings young Friend and Welcome home! As I said in our talk earlier, you will find this a place where you are welcomed for Who not What you are.
I am 14 years of age, and am a follower of Druidry (integrated with a bit of Shamanism and Oriental beliefs). I do not take claim in an official order as of yet, but hope to someday. I follow my path with great integrity, and would not give it up for the world.
I urge you to look at the different forums and don't be shy about asking questions. At 14, you are about to go through MANY life altering changes. And we are all here for you in...
Peace,
Twig

Pull up a comfy couch/chair thingy and we shall talk a while. We welcome you with love and indiference. Someone should be by in a moment to top off the lemonade. In the meantime, take a look about the porch and enjoy your stay.
Blessings and, again, welcome,
RnR

Welcome over old man! We hear way too little from you here in druidtown.
This young man is a friend of mine from the yahell clubs. I'm "converting" them all! ;) To MW that is.
Glad to have you here.
Peace!

Thank you for the welcome. I am an eclectic "old" Witch - if you will - but have never considered myself Druid. I have hugged a tree or two in my time though and know a few poems.
Blessing, Twig, to you and your friends. I will welcome them with open arms as they arrive.
:) RnR
And I shall spend a little more time in "Druidton"

Welcome to the boards! I know exactly how you feel, about pretty much everything. Everyone thinking your too young to know anything about yourself. That really pisses me off. But the people here are very understanding and they do not penalize you for your age. I love the people here, very dearly and I know we will grow to love you too. NO matter what you are.:)

Well, it's good to see such warm welcomes here!! I think I'll love it in notime...
And Twig, you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be asking questions. I am at a pretty hard standpoint in life right now, mainly trying to decide what I "am." I've had standoffs about Druidry..not sure if it's "right" for me, discouraged because to really be considered a "Druid," I have to join an order, etc...but it's looking like Druidry is going to be the way for me. I'm not positive, but it's looking like Irish tradition suits me more (yet I'm still fascinated by Briton tradition).
But as the Triad goes, three candles that illuminate every darkness: Truth, Nature, and Knowledge. :)

Hi ho and good tidings to you!
Aye, it is hard, coming out both ways, religiously and with the whole sexual orientation thing. It's hard, I know it both ways.
Questions are great to ask....people answer them lightening quick. I have questions too Twig, me me! lol
Nice to see everyone, I never venture into this part of MW...maybe I should more often.
:D
Be well,
ShyHawk

Well, it's good to know that I'm not alone. That's one of the best things about being here: I'm never alone, in a sense. :)
