Bear?

Can someone tell me about the animals involved in druidry specifically Bear. What is his meaning in this aspect? I know that in Native American he is a healer. I have recieved two gifts from bear so far in my life, but as yet i'm not sure what it is that's expected of me. can someone offer clues?

i also happen to have a bear aspect (or totem, or whatever name you prefer), and have been wondering what exactly it means. ive always been a healer/protector, and have felt closer to the ursine animals more than any other. any chance you know where to pick up a copy of that book?
