There was a time when I could eat a bag of cheetos, drink a bottle of Mountain Dew and feel fine afterwards... that time has passed. Ugh. I'm sitting here in training feeling like that stuff is gonna come back up.
This doesn't mean I'm getting old does it? o_O

Well, my friend, yes, yes it does.... j/k
I used to drink a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi a day, after my morning coffee that is. Now, 1 glass makes me sick. As for the Cheetos... Doritos was my chip of choice back then..

I know how you feel...I remember when I could eat whatever I want and feel fine...of course, I also remember when my brother and I would wrap up in blankets and roll down the stairs for fun...if I fell down the stairs now I'd be bedbound for six weeks.

Just means you're growing out of being a teenager, Radocs. :)

It means your not used to eating that stuff. If you eat it constantly, your body is used to it, but if you just suddenly start eating junk, your body isnt used to it. Its like feeding a car un-leaded fuel for a long time, then suddenly pouring in a tank of leaded.

Ah the days when I could eat half a large pizza and not gain pounds. The times when boxs of chocolates could be consumed at will. And then my body rebeled and I became a diabetic. So now I count the carbs, and ration my chocs. Damn and I am only in my early dottage........LOL.

Ahhh, yes, the 2 hostess fruit pies and 2 chocolate milks for lunch diet--did that for 3 or 4 years in h.s. And then the half-a-pizza-to-myself phase...sometime around 21 or so. Now, heh, lucky if I can have a handful of chips and not gain 5 lbs.
Sigh. SUCKS when junk food becomes a guilty pleasure rather than a dietary staple, huh?

I've had to give up potato chips, corn chips and anything with lots of salt. I love those David's pumpkin seeds but I can't eat them. I eat stuff like that and I feel like I am going to explode the next day. The salt makes me bloat...
I'm not even going to tell you what lima beans do to me. ARghhhh it's not pretty.

The white ones are on the shelves at xmas time over here....and all year round we get the regular dark or milk choc ones. They're so good!
I'd post you some, but I don't think they'd travel very well....

They won't last forever...not if you actually want to have a working digestive system as you get older. :D

**Laughs** I eat total junk almost every day and Im fine. Im used to consuming grease, salt, starch, shugar on a regular basis so I have a higher tolerance for it. There are some foods that are too greasy even for me, but for the most part, I can eat just about anything that will fit in my mouth. Ironically, Ive engaged in the see food diet (See food, I eat it) for as long as I can remember, and Ive actually LOST weight in the last 6 months. I went from 175 to 173.
