I read a few posts about Dragons and Faeries(Eating them actually) and I was wondering just exactly how is it you all see Faeries? Do they reveal themselves to you or do you do something to be able to see them?
I'd lolve to get in touch with my Gaurdian Dragons(Or basically request one as it might be) and see if he/she wouldn't mind working with me, talking with me, and helping me understand things better.
I'd love to see Faeries to! I used to be so into Faerie when I lived in Germany. And I'm sure they noticed to! I know because I would find Four Leaf clovers like CRAZY! :floating:
I remember once finding three in like one day. In the time period I was interested in them I always found one or two Four Leaf clovers every week! The longest time I think I went without finding one in that time period was probably two weeks!
I'd love to talk with Faeries, dance with them(I got a great backyard for it), and seek spiritual guidance and understanding with them.
Any help would be appreciated. I feel that I am going to delve into this area of studying either way, now or later, and my goal would be to achieve what I posted above.
Thanks for reading!
Blessed Be!!!!

For me I dont "see" my dragons like I see everything else. It is more like sensing them. Sometimes I do see them out of the corner of my eye just fleetingly. The only time I have seen them at length is when projected as they stay predominately on the astral plane. Dragons choose you and are drawn be the amount of energy you send toward them. I don't know much about faeries but assume they are similar. I know that the dragons around me are drawn to the incenses I burn and get really active when I bring a new statue home or work on a new dragon-related project. My guardian dragon, Flick, is very small (about the size of a kitten) and I feel him all throughout the house. When I am here in my office he perches either on top of my monitor or on the end of an uncompleted staff I have been working on for years.
It's really odd trying to put this into laymans terms as I am still learning about this myself. But this is what I have gathered so far. Best of luck in you quest. Having a dragon (or many of them) as a companion and a guardian is an amazing blessing.
Blessed be,
Flick

Dragons and Faeries, huh? Luckily for me, tonight MW is full of threads of this, Astral beings are my favourite speciality.
Well, the way I see Astral beings.. it's hard to describe... but I'll try. I learn a lot from typing stuff like this so I'm jotting down ideas in every thread I can trying to type my way to the bottom of my problems. Anyway, seeing them...
For starters, when I have a room full of Astral critters, I like to bring my cat in. He's VERY useful for pinpointing the whereabouts of the critters, because he'll look round and focus on things that aren't there. I find this a fantastic way to prove their existance to myself, as well, otherwise I'll worry wether I'm imagining it all. The hardest hurdle is seeing the first few, especially for the first time. It's as if... your third eye has to tune into them. There's a VERY fine line between visualising and seeing, often visualising is the springboard to seeing. I let my intuition flow, and stop worrying wether I'm imagining for a moment. once you've focused your third eye on them, you'll find that they're moving round or talking of their own accord, that it isn't really your imagination at all. And when your cat curls up between the forelegs of a large Dragon or his gazze follows a Faerie in flight, well, it's proof enough for me after that! :p
I have only seen a completely physical Faerie once. I was reading my BoS, and suddenly across the room I saw a white spark (which I found out later was totally unexplainable in a logical sense) swoop up near my bed and behind my book Dancing with Dragons.
As for actually getting in touch, well, if you keep your third eye open and the magick around your home flowing, they'll start turning up. Just watch out with the faeries, they're arrival in my house was signalled by a lot of precious objects going missing... bah. As for the Dragons, I know from experience that they'll flock to a wild freeform dancing session. And I mean flock. I had about seven Dragons in one once. For a short while I was reguarly hearing 'bumps' in the night because the roof of my house had ended up as some kind of gathering spot!
Anyway, good luck in studying this topic. It's definitely my favourite, and in my opinion it's one of the most rewarding and comforting topics to study. Feel free to PM me anytime!
Oh, one thing though, to a lot of 'normal' people this is also one of the 'craziest' topics. I reguarly have to give myself a kick when I look at my posts round here in another light and notice how utterly daft they sound, even though they're NOT. All this stuff happened to me, has had proof enough for me, and affects me day to day. Some people just will not understand. A human Wiccan aquaintance of mine were once investigating an area rich in bizarre energy and I made the mistake of going into too much depth about my speciality. Well lets just say she belittled it. A lot. Just have conviction and faith in this topic, and when it comes to people you don't know all that well, learn to keep your trap shut :p.

In my experience people think you are a loon when you say you see dragons. But I see them all the time and like you have to read through some of my own posts to set myself back in truest reality.
I have taken the time to set my home up to make it as attractive to dragons as I can. At any given point I have at least 15 here and have something like 100 different ones that pass through here. They like my bells and statues. I burn incense and it attracts a few of them too. Also when I meditate I focus on the image of a dragon so I am projecting a dragon-like energy in order to attrach them to me.
I too watch my cats. They play with Flick a lot and he plays back. He likes to sneak up on them while they sleep. It is pretty funny.
Before I took the time to learn about it these things used to freak me out. Now I laugh at the mischevious nature of the dragons.
Blessed be,
Flick

Thanks for all the messages, and especially the info! ITs really going to help me out. iguess the hardest thing will be belief, but I;ve seen and done stuff before so that should be overcomed quite easily! I hope!
;)
Bella, imagine if you had ate a Dragon instead! Gah!!
Assuming its okay I'll be sure to tell you all how this all goes! I plan on dancing tonight in my backyard. I wish we lived out in the country (ONLY for this reason though)and if my parents weren't home I would go outside, put my cd player on, and play Love Profusion by Madonna(I'd have to but it first!) and dance the night away!
Oh, it would be so much fun!
I'm also going to cast a circle tonight and do some meditations, maybe some chanting, I'm mostly trying to get more magickally active. This meens I'll have to clean the area under my bed..... * Shudder *
I'll be seeing you all!
Blessed Be!!!!

I think I actually did eat a very small, very young dragon about a year ago. She had decided my nice warm dinner was a good plave to settle down for a nap. Fortunately for me there were no serious affects other than a very bad mood for about a week. I had a hard time thinking straight. I know she left and I haven't seen her since but she did make it out okay (please no jokes). I don't see many of the very tiny ones very often any more and if I do they aren't around for long. The smallest one around is Flick and I said before he is the size of a kitten.
I hadn't realized what happened until about 2 weeks after the fact. It scared me at first but I am all the more aware of their presence now.

okay this is where I try to keep an open mind.
Perhaps if someone could tell me how to open my third eye I could except the existance of Dragons and the like.
Yes I do believe people have what is called a third eye.
I just have never been able to have one. but then I've just begun my journey on this path.

You guys are so funny! And I don't even want to think about what should be crusted by now.....
The dancing thing last night didn't work so well. I ahd to wait for my dad to come back and then I was tired, and then the people next to us(thats where they were at, hvaing a wedding party) might still be up. So yeah, I didn't think it would be that great of an idea for me to go off dancing in circles. But I do plan on doing it one day! And I need to start casting more circles to!

heylo people! just wanted to add my experiences :D
as a child, when not climbing trees and making daisy chains, i discovered a garden near where i live. i live on an estate in a new town, and this was only a little house with a patch of lawn, but empty at the time, with such overgrown scruffy grass - i loved it! ive no idea how i discovered it as i shouldnt have been there really but i used to find four leaved clovers there, constantly. so Jeremy i know what you mean!
the whole lawn was FULL of them, (even 5/6/7 leaved clovers if i remember rightly) i was obsessed and would always stop off there to collect some. how i wish i still had some now, i pressed them all in books, much to the confusion of my parents and my friends who could never find them amongst the weeds... now the house and garden are occupied and it makes me so sad - there is no more lawn, but pavement and pebbles. i also still have frequent dreams of four leaf clovers.
anyways, my obsession with faeries and other creatures began as a child. does anybody know the book/programme "the borrowers"? i adored that too as it was about the little people that lived under the floor/in the grass.
currently i have never "seen" a faery as such, but im sure of their exsistence, oh yes :)
for example a month or so ago i was sat up in bed reading brian frouds "good faeries/bad faeries" veery late at night. i put the book down when particularly tired. then, drifting gently off to sleep, i hear a voice (undistinguishable, but high pitched) and a noise jolts me into full conciousness, i turn my lamp on and ALL my faery pictures (a kinda collage on my wall) and my star wand that is hanging on the wall have fallen, next to my bed. ooh it surprised me, but made me giggle too.
apart from the above and a few other experiences in my life, im quite a beginner to all this too and would love to know more. so keep posting! :D

I see spirits and other entities in my room all the time, but other than that, the only other time I've seen such things is in the bathroom. When I'm taking a shower in the morning, sometimes I'll see a dwarf sitting on the soft pipe connecting the shower head to the wall, using it as a swing. He's only about a foot and a half tall, and I usually only see him for a couple seconds at a time.

when you yolk someone, you pull their pants down...
if you get it ALL, underwear, boxers, thong.... WHATEVER.... you yell "YOINK!"
the reason it is called yolking..... its referring to an egg yolk.... so i guess thats supposed to mean you are pulling the pants down and exposing the yolk inside? :elf:
anyway... its really fun! :colorful:

How does one open their third eye more. I'm not sure how.
I know that when I tried to call to guardian dragons...my D&D Dragon poster kept falling off the wall afterwards...

Im not sure how to see faeries even though I have. The first time I seen one was about 5 years ago. It was during the summer and I had all the windows in my room open and I was lying on my bed reading a book and I seen this intense dot of light zipping around the corners of my room for a couple minutes and then it disappeared. Ever since then I've been really into faeries and try to get my hands on everything I can about them. Thats the only way I ever see them. But things do start to disappear once they come, Goddess knows how many things have just gone away never to be seen again and how many things leave for what seems like forever and reappear in the most obvious spot. As far as the thank you thing everything I have read says they are offended by it I have not had the luck of communicating with the fae I see so I dont know for sure. The only communication I had was when I started using my Faeries Oracle cards, it was very intense and I havent used them since. This post makes me want to go and get them out.
As for dragons....Im still trying to figure that one out myself. Im not having much luck.

Hey Jeremy.Just wanted to assure you that both the fey ones and dragons exist. I am actually the reincarnation of Guinevere the fairy goddess of the moon. King Arthur was half fairy as well.We have come back to help out humanity. There are many more fairies incarnated on the earth in human form as well as well as angels.Very shortly it will be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that dragons did exist in their larger form long ago.
