Flar's Freyja

Many of you know that I'm trying to get my website re-done because I didn't do a very good job on it, and now I don't have time because I'm working two jobs. I've also been stressing about the fact that I may have to give the whole thing up because there just isn't any time. I came home tonight and found this very nice surprise in my e-mail:
Congratulations,
Your website, Oy! My Goddess! Creations, has been
selected for Mind-N-Magick's New Editor's Pick Award.
http://mind-n-magick.com/pick.htm
The Mind-N-Magick.com Editor's Pick Award is given to
pagan sites of particular merit. Surfing the net, we
are struck by the number of pagan sites that provide
information, products and services to the pagan
community. Many of these sites do so in a way that
honors us all. And, while some sites are known to
nearly everyone, there are also a great many sites
that are less known. These sites present a variety of
pagan viewpoints and beliefs in ways that expand our
intellectual horizons and keep us informed of the many
paths open to the members of the pagan community. We
hope to honor those sites which light the way for us
all.
The official launch of the award will be February 28,
2004 and will be announced in our March 1st
Newsletter. We plan to hand out the award on a weekly
basis (four recipients will receive the award on
2-28-2004 to cover the 4 weeks in February).
They also sent code for a beautiful award image. I put the award on the existing site and already can't remember where - I think it's on the What's New page. This really made my day!
