Mars Goes Direct

Mars is getting ready to end its retrograde and return Direct. During this transition period, it's going to be really easy to miscommunicate and have tempers flare. Let's be careful out there.

I spent friday blocking out the next holiday circle plans with my HPS and then drove all over the state at a snails pace trying to get a friend to the train on time.
We got to the station and walked over to the terminal to see the train getting ready to leave. No way to catch it even if she ran:(

Then drove her back home since she missed it and then my sorry behind back to my house. Soooo much traffic because of the beautiful weather; anyone who has ever driven in NJ during summer shore weather knows that the GSP is a parking lot:crazy:

I should have been going to meet with a women's group/circle we're newly putting together., no way to make in time havent spent so much time already on the road and with the traffic ahead, would arrive by the time the meeting is over. So now I'm home in time to pick up the phone; who is it? work. Please can I come in tonight? rats! 8O

have some time before I have to go, decide to go out to dinner with my beau, hHavent had a steak in ages, ate too much, got into arguement and then had to go on off to work:bad:

Thank goodness for the New Moon in Cancer to help soften the power of Mars stationing direct! Thing is, in my natal chart, the Moon is inconjunct Mars and that quincunx, as per Matrix, is a deceptive aspect. It is inharmonious but not so noticeable as the square or opposition, which makes it more difficult to deal with (it is composed of incompatible elements). It is the aspect of false hopes and aspirations and of projection. We learn to work around the problems of the inconjunct, often never really dealing with the problem. Just like the arguement my beau and I had.
It was one of those argueing about something else that is not being spoken about kind of things.

It's a frustrating aspect because it seems as though the solution is always just around the corner. When tackled, it leads to growth, maturity, and clarification.

I know that after we made up from the arguement we moved leaps forward, having dealt with the shadow issue by being truthful in emotion. Classic having to take steps backward before being able to move forward.

All in an in interesting weekend with this Mars/Moon energy!
