allergies

I've got extremely bad allergies this year. I've tried alot of over the counter med. But nothing seems to help...does anyone have any suggestions?

Mee too. I have been absolutly miserable since last october..

I now take claritin and it works great

Also, if you are allergic to pollen, than about 3 months before allergy season, buy some LOCAL honey and take 1 Tbs every day. By the time alergy season hits, you should have built up enough antibodies to help with the problem...but you can't put it in tea...its gotta be straight or in something cold.

I didn't know I had allergies until recently...so I couldn't try this, but I will this coming year..

I had allergies back when I lived in British Columbia (Canada) and when I moved here they went away. But this year I've had them so bad. I was using claritin as well, but it just didn't seem to work that well.

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to try it next year :)
