Hey everyone. Normally I wouldn't do this, but I need your guys' help.

I've been extremely depressed and sick. My life is chaos right now, and it's just really hard.
Thanks to a few special people on this board (you know who you are), I'm now pulling myself out of my depression, and slowly getting better.

I've been unable to find a job since I lost mine in December. I'm months behind on all my bills, and I'm sure most of you know what that feels like. Now that I'm not so violently ill, I'm able to go back to finding a job. Going hunting tomorrow!

So, I'm just asking if you would be able to help me. I just need help to get all the way out of my depression, get a job, and get better.

Many of you have already helped so much, and I thank you for that.

I just want to tell you guys that between you and something that happened this morning, I've had a major breakthrough.

I've felt dirty and mucky inside for a long time. Messed up. A lot of my "skills" have been shut down for months, like a lost limb.
Tonight, meditation went perfect. I did the first ritual since about 5 months ago. Everything flowed. And while I'm not healed, far from it, something broke tonight, and the healing process began. So, though I've got a long ways to go, between you guys and someone very special in my life, I've gotten a huge running leap into it. Thank you so much.

Not to be selfish, but I hope I can count on you guys if I hit a bump, or need someone to smack me to my senses. *grins* And all of you, can most definitely count on me. If any of you need someone to talk to, feel free to email me.


I love you all, thank you so incredibly much. I can not tell you how much everyone's support, whether in this thread or just talking, has meant to me.

Hallo all,

I know i'm new here but i need some help for a friend she 's depressed because two members of her family are very ill, his oncle is very ill and doctors are not able to say if he will recover or not and her mother has nervous crises every day, I try to reconfort her but she's so deep in her situation that she see only darkness around her. When i speak with her i can feel her sorrow and the fear to lost someone and the worst is that she thinks she's nothing, she is destroying her with negatives thoughts, she don't appreciate herself and has no selfconfidence. When we lived near i tryed to speak with her, i try to change her thoughts, but now i'm so far and i can only speak with her by phone or write letters, I'm so sad for her... what can i do to make her feel better, to heal his willness and help her to love herselfs.....??

Every advice is welcome!
