Well, this is it...my first ever spread that I designed myself. I've used it, and I liked how it read, so I figured I'd offer it up here and see if it's helpful to anyone else. :D

DECISION-MAKING SPREAD
This spread was designed to help when the querent is at a crossroads, faced with two opposing decisions. The querent should label one decision "decision one," and the other "decision two" for the purpose of this reading.
1 - Factors influencing the situation in the past (deepest roots of the problem)
2 - Factors influencing the situation in the present (current root of the problem)
3 - Outcome if querent chooses decision one
4 - Outcome if querent chooses decision two
5 - Advice/Guidance
