My father passed away almost 3 years ago, & the remainder of his estate consists of half of the value of the house he & my stepmom lived in. She remarried in October, & is now trying to drag things out, claiming she's not ready to "make any big decisions (like whether to sell the house or just buy my sister and I out) that might cause her undue stress" (yet she had no trouble making the decision to remarry..hmm). I could sure use some good energy aimed at encouraging her to be fair & just get it over with..she's clearly moved on with her life, and my sister and I would like to do the same, but we can't get any closure over our father's death while this whole thing is ongoing. It's become quite clear that the stepmonster's a greedy money-grubbin' wench (yet crows about what a good Christian she is  ), so I'm not real hopeful that this will see any prompt conclusion, but a girl can hope, right? Any suggestions?
